Do African Americans Have Second Amendment Rights?
There's a brief filed by several public defender groups in the big second amendment case. The argument is ly that, look, most of our clients are black and brown. They are arrested for carrying firearms. And so if the court were to step in and say, it's no longer illegal, o, then you wouldn't have all these impacts these communities. So i'm curious about your thoughts on how, i guess the presence of guns impacts police behavior.
