The Benefits of Transitioning to a Large Firm

I was a transition like going from design firm to a larger one, how you would say maybe the change in work culture or dynamics or projects. Simpson is a really big company, we're publicly treated, we're international, we're a big company. Granted it's grown a lot just in the 12 years that I've been here. But our company culture, it's so special for starters, but we act like we're a little company. So it's kind of weird because we're not.
