I can relate with the definition of sale that you even sell in crisis where you have you get qualified prospects in your pipeline, and then you move them within your pipeline. So this really relatable. I mean, this is simple. Yet most people in New York in real estate, they don't follow it. And also the other thing, maybe we could pick up your brand on this as well. There are maybe not exactly top producers, but like successful guys in this business. They know how to call, but like, they never do this. Why do you think that's the case with people?
