Enocius lewis: Financial literacy education must exist, if for no other reason than that poverty producing ideas dominate our society. We may not teach our kids about investing, about wealth management, but they will definitely learn some really bad ideas about debt,. consumerism and so on because they are constantly being bombarded with these things. Money isn't everything, but if you don't understand how it works, then it does become everything to you.
