Is There a Relationship Between the Police and the Breaker?

I know there was a bunch of controversy early on. But it still didn't make much sense that he would break in and rather than to be let in if they were having some type of discussion relationship. That's the other thing about we're getting into the asymmetry. I swear to God if you're in San Francisco today and you call up and say I think somebody's broken to my house you're not going to get a policeman in two minutes. It's just not going to happen. So I don't want to suggest that that's not happening but it does see it sees.
