The PPP model, the public-private partnership model in many ways is even more demanding than those 20-year loans I was talking about. There's much less patience for the economic turmoil that come with these types of infrastructure projects than you would see from the multilateral development banks or overseas development banks. China has a $2 billion growing together fund with the African Development Bank. The US through Donald Trump pushed through a director of the IDB that was a US-based director for the first time in its history. And so that infrastructure fund hasn't been replenished as far as I know they've dropped out of all of their partnerships reports.
