What's the Difference Between Panels and Panels?

In the beginning, we did panels. And over time, we learned that panels are kind of the worst kind of content there is from a speaker's perspective,. No matter how good the panel moderator was, panels just weren't rocking it. So we don't do panels, which means we have a lot less speakers.
