The US Copyright Office's Decision to Protect AI
The first decision by the US Copyright Office is it's like, are they implicitly saying AI is alive? Like a thinking thing, because monkeys and animals, like the monkey case with taking the photograph. But then you're saying, well, AI is its own separate thinking thing, right? And I think it is somewhere in between that, right? So yeah, you know, actually that was the focus on it too.
