Ketamine is mainly used in the UK as a horse tranquiliser. It started being abused by people with access to it, like VETs. But today it tends to come in packages it's sent from abroad. I tried ketamine once and wanted to move away from where I was, but I wasn't able to move. And that seems to be what also happens to the horse.
