The Importance of Consistency in Training

The most important thing to grow muscle is to overload that muscle. When it gets to a point where I actually can't lift any more, then that's when I incorporate the other forms of manipulating intensity such as partial reps drop sets. There's like two or three muscle groups which are the focus. And I try and hit them more frequently so overall the volume is higher compared to other muscle groups.
