What's the Rational Approach to Testing?
South Korea has tested ten times more people than Japan. But japan has found three times as many people with cove teen compared to corea. What i find interesting about this is when you think about what's the rational for these different approaches, ron i sort of see three different logics. A medical capacity will tell you, while actually you just need to test those who are seriously ill. The third logic is how will we get the economy started again? And there i think the case for widespread testing is really overwhelming.
