i have never had emal on my fone. In fact, i've never had email or a social mediaap ever installed on my phone,. So i really just use my phone for phone calls and texting friends. But so i keep everything on my computer, and i only go to my inn box, um, when i feel like it. There are times when, well, first, i don't do my emal every day. Am but also, operationally, it helps that i've made a lot of short cuts for myself. I built in 36 short cuts of my 36 most commonly used sentences. And so 30 seconds each, that's what a hundred and 20 per hour
