As a kid I thought 401k was like the amount of money you have to have as an adult oh like a 401 thousand dollars so when people like I put that in my 401k and I'm like oh yeah he he has to go put it into his prerequisite 401 thousand dollar American. If your company matches 401ks and you are in a place where you can pay it's good to max yourself out that way you're getting the most from your company. You should try and contribute at least 3% if you can because that's free moneyYou know that's like if you can do it the company will match it and pay for ityou can't leave that on the table part of this
