i don't like the effect it has on my attention span and self worth. And number two, i don't like being complicit in particularly survailance capitalism. I talked about this on our last episode, in the first episode of off the grid, instagram can make us feel like shit. Instagram certainly made me feel like shit, especially when i put all that time into writing something and it wouldn't get seen by anybody. That made me feel horrible. So to me, that breaks down to, can have two parts to my decision. Leav instagram, how i felt and the values missalignment.
