What Are Companies Saying About Diversity?
Jeffrey Toobin: Companies that talk a lot about diversity tend to get higher ESG scores. He says the same companies are also more likely to be picked for socially responsible investment funds. So, okay, so maybe attracting investors helps boost their compensation as well, right? Toobin: There's a separate study from Harvard where by adding in compensation to the CEO pay, you as a factor, they get a bonus.
