We basically took the savings of the human capital expense to have either lawyers or salespeople negotiate your discount. And we just pass it on to you in the form of cheaper software than you would buy. The other thing that I always kind of remind people is like, there's no business where you get 100% of the customers, you're going to lose some for various reasons.
