The Importance of Being Personal in Business
In the early days of tailwind, we always leaned into trying to be Personal. I think this is actually a thing we got away from like I sort of pulled back from like public stuff a little bit in 2022 and I'm trying to shift that this year. People want to root for people like they want to do business with people They want to know who they're working with Like who's things they're using And so I think Accepting like oh like a business should probably have a front man or front people or whatnot is actually a really useful idea too.
