I think you're going to see this supreme court expandcor rights even further as they sort of minimize individual rights, which is not a great direction to be headed in if you care about climate action. The big argument that all the oil companies are making in these cases is that whatever they have to say about climate change is political speech and therefore protected by first amendment.
