The Importance of Having a Legal Immigration System

We don't have the resources within the system to have an honest workable immigration process. It's just it's overwhelmed let's just talk about you know asylum or anybody applying for any kind of entry if if we have a system that because of the lack of space detention space or restrictions on detentions and you can't detain everybody there's nobody's going to ever try to defend that totally considering the numbers. When you detain when you release these individuals, now it takes you know five and ten years before their case comes before a judge immigration judge.
