Do the DA Want to Keep the Special Grand Jury?
The first thing is any peep that comes out of the DA's office. They have been declining to comment today, folks are not answering their phones. I want to know what they're thinking at this point in the process and how closely they've looked at this special presentment. And short of that, how they might respond to a hearing like what's scheduled on the 24th. We should see arguments that are filed ahead of time with the court. So we'll get a little preview a couple of days before the hearing.
