I don't even really know who I've hired and how they're going to perform as an employee until I've seen them in my organization for a full 90 days. After two weeks, we know if they can work on their own. And obviously they have the support of a manager and supervisor not running solo. It's not that they are 100% ready to go solo, but it's more of the 80, 20 principal. Are they producing a return on our investment for the 10 days that we put in? Or are we going a year out just to figure this out?
