Carvana's Debt for Equity Swap

Creditors holding about 90% of Carvana's bonds have been pitching the beleaguered use car company on waste to pare down debt and improve liquidity. The creditor group was represented by White & Case and PJT Partners. It recently offered to swap a substantial amount of unsecured notes for equity in Carvana.
