The Ancestral Lens in Medicine

I think anthropology and nutrition should be taught in medical school, because that's the framework. That's where humans have come from. And even today, in present day in 2023, there are people living on the earth with significantly lower rates of disease than we do. There is a natural experiment happening Thousands of times over every single day, and Western medicine just turns a blind eye to that. We need fractals and green and colors and human connection outside of the digital world. It means bringing the ideas of how we've lived in the past into our modern lives.
