The Magic Wand and Empathy
i really liked his connection between human rights and ethics. In order for there to be trust, we have to believe that this tool was created for us. And i think he's right a lot of that comes from believing that there is empathy. We need to build from those reports and start applying the lessons learned. There's so much good thinking out there and so much clarity on what needs to be done.
