There's a solid like minute or two while the scene is happening before you see what is actually happening and I think that just makes the reveal all the more horrifying. Yeah also we should note up until the alpacas you could argue that nothing has happened that is really unexplainable. And so the next day the car won't start this is where I get the big freak out scene that the sound the cell phone weirdness sound comes from. Almost everything is magenta and very pretty.
