The Power of Positive Consent in Corporate Governance
I definitely agree that certain things should require positive consent and sort of like bucketing things by how critical they are is definitely good looking at it. People who design these governance contracts are sort of like the chairman of the board you could sort of dictate what token holders can actually vote on. It's a new experiment in that direction that's worth following recently.
