Is This a Plan to Just Make the Bell Disappear

You know, i kind of wondered, and i've thought about this before, if this was a plan to just make the bell disappear so it didn't fall into the wrong hands. Because they had to know, whoever endet up with that bell, what's going to be on that held ot technology wel. And also, you consider what were told, at least through syphi, about these sorts of journeys. Even just in space, were often told that time is not consistent indifferent localities. But who knows? I mean, these people could have been in away for a whole lifetime, and then 20 plus years later, in 19 65, appear. Who knows?
