What Is a Good Research Process?

An important part of the research process was ensuring that you're not somehow picking up equity beta or bond beta, even when that's not part of the objective. We've had in place for, I would say, probably 15 plus years, what we call a peer review process where once a new model or a new piece of research has gone through the early stages of validation, it will go to a set of meetings and discussion and idea sharing with other team members that are not part of that core research team That is really valuable to us.
