70 70 is a show about making the most of the time we have left. This week, Im maxlinsky talks to 83-year-old lily ledbetter who fought for equal pay at work. Lily's story shows how pain or injustice that we endure as young people can completely alter our later years. i was curious about what it takes, emotionally and physically, to suddenly become an activist at an age when many people are settling into retirement. And finally, i wanted to know if all these years of fighting, she's won some battles and lost others, have been worth it.
