I Think the Contract Is Shifting to Cross-Organisational Care
The contract continues to shift to cross-organizational care and probably with good intentions I think primary care hasn't yet realized scale benefits very few PCNs are running a centralized triage service. minority are running services like flu jobs at their PCN or at a federation level. There's probably more value that can be unlocked over the coming years but there's also an interesting comment about income around declaring low-income GTs of over 156 000 in NHS income.
