Karen: I think we can rest on our laurels as innovation and design leaders without being close to the manufacturing. The challenge is on UI and the ecosystem, when is the next manufacturing summit we're going to put together Karen. We probably started our practice at GE Ventures looking at 3D printing. It's an air and it's a space that's been around for like 40 years. People are actually making product today in a few spaces.
