The Paradox of Consciousness
The idea that we are part of consciousness is very different than what we experience and it, you know, our physical world, everything feels so real. But dreams, we don't think about dreams often and science doesn't have a very good consensus on what's happening with dreams or why we dream. And if you look closely into them, you start to see principles. I think that illustrate this idea. In dreams, dreams happen during the REM cycle, rapid eye movement cycle of sleep. You can have dreams in other cycles, but they're much more simple. They're just kind of objects rather than a whole scene.
