The Federal Government's Failure to Improve Housing Supply

The federal government should be stepping in and feeling the void right now. The Canadian government owns a ton of land. They could then try to incentivize the private sector. And they were spent talks about, you know, getting involved in working with the provincial governments to remove HST on purpose built rental housing. So there's a lot of things that that these guys could be doing as opposed to spending time writing op-eds and taking pictures on Twitter when they build 11 new units in some remote town.
