Tongsat Sanyavongkamdi: A Lao Archaeologist's Legacy

Tongsat Sanyavongkamdi was one of the first archaeologists in Laos. He played a huge role in creating a new discipline for Lao archaeologists who followed in his footsteps. Tongsat died last April, but most of the archaeological research happening in Laos today can still be traced back to him.
