You know, it's full of these kind of thousands of little niches that you can inhabit and most of the time you sort of left your own devices if you don't upset too many people. So an organization like that has this kind of capacity to allow for the liminal spaces, the edges, all that kind of stuff. But in business organizations, there's another couple of options.
