The Importance of Rishi Sunak's Leadership
Johnson is a vindictive character. He doesn't forgive those who he believes has impeded his unyielding ambition and Sunak is a target. Johnson could have backed the Windsor framework but voted against it along with Liz Truss, another Prime Minister causing a fair amount of trouble. There is little evidence to suggest that there are many in the rest of Tory Parliamentary Party who still back Johnson's leadership.
