Diversity Training
Public sector employs 10,000 staff to deal with EDI and costs taxpayer £427 million. NHS spends 40 million a year on diversity officers. Civil service apparently 1 million days a year away from equality and diversity training. What I'm trying to do is help people have more effective conversations. Hence my division for instance into deficits and dividends.
