The Fed's Breakdown of the Rate Cycle

The two-year is a really good proxy for what the rate cycle is expected to do over the next two years obviously. The further the Fed goes the more pain it is expected to inflict on the banking system And therefore the quicker we will get to a reversal of the policy. But I think the market is is a little bit too optimistic on that because I think the Fed really needs to show that it's serious about Inflation, says John McCaffery.
