Psychedelics

Ego is damaging, especially in areas of your life where ego is just damaging. I think psychedelics can make you realize things that a college course probably couldn't teach you because your brain is already so tapped into that stuff subconsciously. Even for yourself who's never touched it, how I describe it to people was like, ayahuasca felt like a year of therapy in one night. And that should just painful as hell, but it's like, you will never experience it. You're still looking at it through the lens of your ego. Like therapy can give you understanding, not quite change. Change becomes up to you.
