The hedge fund sour went to meet with the s c c along with other general councils of hedge funds. They told everyone that there was be no changes in shorting roles, absolutely zero. A few days later they put a short selling band on stocks that were viewed as financially important. And those stocks all went through the roof because id once scrambled to cover them.
