The Problem With Giving Money to Beggars
Oxford City Council have discovered that giving money to beggars isn't good for some reason. But it's not true that giving money in general solves their problems, he says. Distributing your money may come at the end of your decision as to how to improve knowledge. If you find something which you find absorbing and fun then spending money on that is the best thing you can do.
