Achieving a More Realistic Option in AGI

In 2015, the fastest supercomputer of the time was in China and had a speed of 34 quadrillion operations per second. Now seven years later, the world's largest supercomputer is in the US and has a max of 1.1 quintillion Operations Per Second. We still need that type of computational power in a cell phone or a laptop.
