The Cost of Pro Bono Litigation

The SFC is fighting a lawsuit against Vizio over its use of copy left code. The company says the suit has cost it hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees and staff time alone. "It's tough because it takes so many resources to fight one of these lawsuits," he said. 'We're just in it for the long haul'
