The results are a match of what we, money say. But in another sense, there is something about these causal definitions of fairness, which does not apply to the non-causal definitions. The only policies which satisfy them end up being kind of random policies. And that result was extremely surprising to us. It really stems from the fact that these definitions are implicitly imposing so many constraints on your policy that you kind of have no way out.
