In isaiah 52, the uncircumcised and the defiled shall not enter you again. That sounds like exodus 12,. The uncircum circumcised are not welcome. And so if there's a fraternity between the oracle in isaiah 56, then these are not uncircumcision foreigners that are binding themselves to the lord because they're never going to enter jerusalem again.
