Oil Dollars

The company recently raised money to fund a drilling programme. Their share count now, as i understand it, is 84 million shares. So at a dollar 15 a share, that was my cost basis im. And so basically, the thesis of the investment is, i'm buying i'm buying oil dollars for x amount of cents on the dollar,. and i've got a bit of a margin of safe work in there.
