The Benefits of Progressive Overload

There are lots of dfferent ways that you can load a squat. We want to keep the general movement patterns consistent over the course of weeks and months but it's a great way to change the load. These are all great ways that yu can have progressive overload, that you can continue to make progress. But it also keeps it interesting. A i like to think about it as we want to keep people safe.
