The Differences Between Monohydrate and Creatine

creatine does break down to creatinine and solution. The rate at which that reaction occurs is dependent on temperature and pH. So if something is cold in any basic environment, the rate of Creatine breakdown will be slower. If it's hotter or in a more acidic environment,. the rate will be faster. And so yeah, my general take is that if you get like GI issues when using creatine monohydrate, I think it's worth experimenting with alternate forms who have a little bit better solubility.
