Is Essence Existential?

In sartra, existence is prior to or proceds essence. So it's using watness as essentia, ye, and being as existentia. But what's the verb there tat in that second sentence after inmy translation? In so far as we can understand it, must be understood in terms of existence. I don't know if that's a substantially weaker claim.
