I high-five the mirrors part of my morning routine as an active love. I always have an amazing cup of coffee as an act of love. Just because it wasn't modeled doesn't mean you can't create a map for yourself. When you start to make that list, there's your map. Pick one thing a day. Do not wait to feel like doing it. You have to take that action first. Because the action is what proves that you love yourself.
